Square One and central Mississauga

Square One sits at the centre of Mississauga, surrounded by the densest cluster of condo towers in the city and the civic centre, library and bus terminal within walking distance.

Why the area draws buyers

City Centre concentrates shopping, transit and offices in a walkable core, which is unusual for a suburb built around highways. For buyers without a car, it is one of the few parts of Mississauga that works.

The Hazel McCallion LRT line along Hurontario is reshaping the corridor, and proximity to a stop is already priced into listings.

The trade-off

Condo living here means monthly fees and building rules alongside the mortgage. Freehold homes sit further out, cost more per square foot of land and usually require driving for everything.
