Neighbourhoods

Mississauga is a collection of former villages joined into one city, and the differences between them are still obvious.

City Centre

Towers, malls and transit. Almost entirely condo, newest stock, and the shortest commute to everyday services.

Cooksville and Fairview

Older and more mixed: low-rise apartments, post-war houses and newer infill. Generally cheaper than the towers a few blocks west, with GO rail access.

Erin Mills and Streetsville

Family housing, schools and parks, with Streetsville keeping a small main street of its own. Quieter, and car-dependent.
